It has been a pleasure working with Reynolds Electric. They are professional, efficient, on time and very friendly. They have bent over backwards to help us get our whole house generator moved to our new home now 2x. They coordinated everything with the power and gas companies so we didn't have to. They took care of all permits needed as well. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

I just had a Generac system installed by Reynolds Electric and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a backup home generator to consider Reynolds Electric. When you call Reynolds, you usually speak to one of the Owners and the first visit to determine what system will meet your needs also usually includes an owner. The team was so professional and QUICK to meet on-sight, order equipment, obtain necessary permits and schedule all the required parties for our installation. From our first discussion to completed install was 17 days. A big thanks to Christina, David, Allen and Randy.

Had a great experience with Reynolds Electric for a few things we needed done in our home (swapping out several outlets to GFCIs, installing 2 new ceiling lights and a whole home surge protection). We have an older home and in need of a few electrical upgrades. The process from inquiry, in home quote estimate and job scheduling was smooth and easy. They were even able to move up our scheduled date when an earlier date became available. Rich was our electrician and he completed the job without any issue. He explained each installation and answered my questions. He was courteous, professional and cleaned up each area after he was done. Our rooms are brighter and having the convenience of 3 prong outlets in every room are so helpful. I would definitely recommend their service and would use them again in the future.

David and team were on time, courteous and professional. Day 1-They changed out an existing 100 amp fuse box to an updated breaker box. Replaced all outlets in the house and garage with updated, grounded outlets. Put in GFCI outlets where needed. Added 2 garage door opener outlets. Worked with the electric service provider to shut off power and passed inspection (which isnt a surprise). Day 2 will be more of the same with the addition of refreshed kitchen and utility room lighting. Great pricing for all this work with no mess left behind. Most recent review: We had Allen come back today to fix our under cabinet LED lighting. He replaced an undersized transformer with one that is right-sized. He was here on time. He worked quickly, yet he still took the time to explain everything. Very happy with his excellent service. highly recommend Reynolds’s Electric and Allen.Original review: Allen came to our home on time. He did excellent work moving an outlet for us. He also evaluated an issue for our under-cabinet LED lighting and provided an estimate for the repair. We’re very happy with his work and look forward to having him back to fix that for us. The tech arrived right on schedule, explained the problem exactly, worked quickly, pleasant to interact with.I already knew what the problem was but it is not something a home electrician can fix safely (main breaker). They didn't try to up-sell anything unnecessary.The price was slightly below average for the repair I needed so that was a relief.I recommend Reynold's, they seem to have it together. Polite, fair pricing, fast work.

Electrical damage to our home as a result of sever thunderstorm. Allen with Reynolds Electric were the first out to help us access damaged to our home and get our home generator up and running. They returned after power had been safely disconnected and fixed electrical damage. Christina at Reynolds Electric helped us contact a good HVAC company to repair the electrical damage to our a/c. She followed up more than once. I highly recommend this company for any electrical service but especially in an emergency. This company Cared about is like we were family!!!

RE installed a EV charger at my home at a very affordable price. The time between the quote and installation was less than a week, and the installation itself took less than 90 minutes.
