Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. There was great communication leading up to the appointment. The two technicians arrived on time and were very professional and considerate using shoe booties. They completed the written estimate and installation of several new lighting switches and a CO Detector/Alarm and vacuumed up afterward. Great experience!

Timely, professional, and fairly priced as usual! I called on a Tuesday for a fan light installed and asked if they could fit it in by Friday at 5 pm. They called me back 3 minutes later saying “See you in 20!” I have yet to see anyone be less expensive, more competent, and more professional!

I had 2 companies out to get an Ethernet plug put into a 2nd floor room in my 1968 house. Reynolds figured out the better and easier route to that location. They came and got it done in no time and were very efficient and thorough.

They have done work multiple times, rewiring dock lights, sorting out GFI issues, and replacing old outdoor outlets. They are always on time, professional and courteous. If there are any issues they stand behind the work and endeavor to find a mutually acceptable solution. I would recommend them and I’m pretty fussy……

I cannot say enough great things about Reynolds Electric! They went above and beyond when they re-ran the electrical to my dock and added several new outlets. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.The team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and safely, and the quality of their work is outstanding. My dock is now set up exactly the way I wanted it, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!It’s hard to find contractors who truly take pride in their work, but Reynolds Electric definitely does. If you’re looking for an electrician you can trust to do the job right, I highly recommend Reynolds Electric! They have definitely earned my business for any future electrical needs.

My elderly mother had some really bad wiring done in her basement for a sump pump, it was so bad that the city put a stop work order on the property. Randy from Reynolds Electric came out to remove the hazardous wiring for us, but we weren't sure exactly where the new outlets should be located. Randy and Reynolds electric were so thoughtful that they removed the hazardous wiring when Randy came out the first time. He said that we could call them back when we knew where the new outlets were suppose to be located and they would come back and finish the job. When we figured out where they needed to go we called them and they came right out and got us all squared away. Randy really did a fantastic job! It was really nice of them to work with us the way they did. It made things a lot easier for us. I would recommend Reynolds Electric to anyone that needs electrical work done. Great people that do great work!

Enthusiastically recommend Reynolds Electric! Randy was the technician who installed our manual backup generator and he was awesome. Super helpful and quick. He explained things well and took the time to answer additional questions I had on other potential needs. This company offered EXTREMELY lower pricing for the generator installation than other competitors I had called. We will be using Reynolds Electric going forward for all our needs!

This was their second job at our residence. They've installed a 30amp plug for our trailer and this time a 60amp plug system for our new hot tub. We will always use Reynolds Electric for our electrical needs going forward. I just had a Generac system installed by Reynolds Electric and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a backup home generator to consider Reynolds Electric. When you call Reynolds, you usually speak to one of the Owners and the first visit to determine what system will meet your needs also usually includes an owner. The team was so professional and QUICK to meet on-sight, order equipment, obtain necessary permits and schedule all the required parties for our installation. From our first discussion to completed install was 17 days. A big thanks to Christina, David, Allen and Randy.

Had a great experience with Reynolds Electric for a few things we needed done in our home (swapping out several outlets to GFCIs, installing 2 new ceiling lights and a whole home surge protection). We have an older home and in need of a few electrical upgrades. The process from inquiry, in home quote estimate and job scheduling was smooth and easy. They were even able to move up our scheduled date when an earlier date became available. Rich was our electrician and he completed the job without any issue. He explained each installation and answered my questions. He was courteous, professional and cleaned up each area after he was done. Our rooms are brighter and having the convenience of 3 prong outlets in every room are so helpful. I would definitely recommend their service and would use them again in the future.

David and team were on time, courteous and professional. Day 1-They changed out an existing 100 amp fuse box to an updated breaker box. Replaced all outlets in the house and garage with updated, grounded outlets. Put in GFCI outlets where needed. Added 2 garage door opener outlets. Worked with the electric service provider to shut off power and passed inspection (which isnt a surprise). Day 2 will be more of the same with the addition of refreshed kitchen and utility room lighting. Great pricing for all this work with no mess left behind. Most recent review: We had Allen come back today to fix our under cabinet LED lighting. He replaced an undersized transformer with one that is right-sized. He was here on time. He worked quickly, yet he still took the time to explain everything. Very happy with his excellent service. highly recommend Reynolds’s Electric and Allen.Original review: Allen came to our home on time. He did excellent work moving an outlet for us. The tech arrived right on schedule, explained the problem exactly, worked quickly, pleasant to interact with.I already knew what the problem was but it is not something a home electrician can fix safely (main breaker). They didn't try to up-sell anything unnecessary.The price was slightly below average for the repair I needed so that was a relief.I recommend Reynold's, they seem to have it together. Polite, fair pricing, fast work.

Electrical damage to our home as a result of sever thunderstorm. Allen with Reynolds Electric were the first out to help us access damaged to our home and get our home generator up and running. They returned after power had been safely disconnected and fixed electrical damage. Christina at Reynolds Electric helped us contact a good HVAC company to repair the electrical damage to our a/c. She followed up more than once. I highly recommend this company for any electrical service but especially in an emergency. This company Cared about is like we were family!!!
