Can’t say enough good things about the service Reynolds Electric provided us. Obviously experienced electricians, the Reynolds team arrive promptly at the appointed hour and worked throughout the day. Ours was a complicated job that included the installation of a hard wired Charge Point Flex car charger. It required upgraded wiring and a new electric panel box. When finished, they left the work area spotless. We are very pleased with Reynolds Electric and encourage any one in need of expert electricians to call Reynolds.

The Reynolds crew were excellent. From Dave's first visit to give us an estimate (which was less than 2 other estimates we were given) to Christine's scheduling and talking me through the process. The rest of the crew were courteous and efficient. The Generac was installed in one day. My husband and I are elderly and have some health issues so having the Generac makes us feel very safe in our home. Dave has also offered a maintenance program for even more peace of mind.

We needed our doorbell rewired and the transformer relocated. I got in touch with Reynolds after reading their across the board excellent reviews, and they more than lived up to the hype. Christina got me scheduled quickly for a quote. The plan made good sense and avoided making big holes in walls with a thoughtful strategy. The price was more than fair for the work done, and we scheduled the service for just a few days after I first got in contact with them. David and his team were awesome. Work got done quickly and cleanly, and we're very happy with the functional result. These guys are pros. I will gladly look to Reynolds for any electrical needs we have in the future.

I just had a Generac system installed by Reynolds Electric and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a backup home generator to consider Reynolds Electric. When you call Reynolds, you usually speak to one of the Owners and the first visit to determine what system will meet your needs also usually includes an owner. The team was so professional and QUICK to meet on-sight, order equipment, obtain necessary permits and schedule all the required parties for our installation. From our first discussion to completed install was 17 days. A big thanks to Christina, David, Allen and Randy.

During the install of our whole home generator the team inspected our breaker panel and found several breakers that had overheated. They did a temp repair and we scheduled a complete replacement of our electric panel. We also asked them to install four new circuits for my shop and our extra fridge and freezer. The team was just awesome, they arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in a very professional manner. I’m very thankful for the care the team took with our home and probably saved us from a house fire. Thank you. I have recommended Reynolds to our friends and neighbors. I hired Reynolds to upgrade my circuit breaker panel, upgrade to 200 amp service, and move my meter and weatherhead. They quoted me several thousand dollars less than another company i had called. They were super easy to work with and they did a phenominal job. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done faster than i expected. I would 100% hire them again.

Alan was the only technician out of 4 different companies that gave me a quote to fix my canned lights in the living room. Other have quoted me $1800 to open up drywall and run new wires to fix the issue whereas Alan with Reynolds Electric was the only one to see that it was just a switch in a neutral position that needed to be flipped to the "On" position. I only had to spend the service fee which I gladly did and Reynolds Electric saved me from spending $1800 to fix something that didn't need any fixing. Very honest and professional company with great pricing and better than all the other electricians in Indianapolis. Will hire them again.

If you need electrical work completed, give Reynolds Electric a call. The company is great to work with as they are prompt, responsive and respectful. Allen came out and installed a new outlet in our fireplace. He was great! Thorough and efficient, and left no mess behind. He did an excellent job. Reynolds electric keeps you in the loop by communicating every step of the way. They showed up on time, called before to make sure you knew and even answered any questions I had pertaining to other issues. I was also informed that as a company they don't like to add in surprise charges in the event an expense is occurred along the way. If something comes up, they'll let you know and make sure whether you wish to address the issue. Overall, very satisfied with their service today.

Allen was excellent. He installed 2 outlets for me and was done in very reasonable time. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable regarding the install as well. He was able to do the same work I was quoted $1500 for by another company for almost a grand less. Didn't change the quality of work either. I worked in low voltage for a few years and let me tell you, Allen knows what he's doing! Very unobtrusive to the home, only cutting drywall where needed and securely placing the faceplates onto the new outlets. Absolutely recommend.
