They came out and gave me a bid $4000 less than P brothers. They redid my whole electrical panel and wired a new outlet in the fireplace for an insert all in one day! I am beyond thrilled! Everyone was very courteous and answered all my questions.

I contacted Christina about a bad electrical outlet in my house. She sent an electrician out the next day. Communication was excellent. They texted me 30 minutes before arrival, and were able to diagnose and replace the outlet very quickly. The service was professional and courteous. I would trust Reynolds Electric with any electrical repairs in my home.

Rich was very helpful, competant and caring. He put on shoe covers to walk around the house. He helped me select the correct bulbs for our outdoor lights. He easily fixed the problems we had.

I had a Level 2 240 volt outlet put in my garage, the quote was $300 less than Mister Sparky and another quote that was $30 cheaper told me I would have to do my own drywall repair. Allen from Reynolds did a fantastic job in less than 90 minutes and left it looking clean and professional, see photo. Would highly recommend them and their customer support people were super nice and great to work with.

It has been a pleasure working with Reynolds Electric. They are professional, efficient, on time and very friendly. They have bent over backwards to help us get our whole house generator moved to our new home now 2x. They coordinated everything with the power and gas companies so we didn't have to. They took care of all permits needed as well. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Called for assistance with my parents at home generator. They were so professional and answered all my questions. They even called me back after hours to give me answers to my questions. There customer service level was beyond was I would expect. They were upfront about challenges I was facing. I would use them for all my electrical needs going forward. Rich and Randy were/are awesome! Not only were prompt (ten minutes ahead of schedule) they also checked in prior and sent reminders. Then when they arrived they took the time to answer questions and also point out some potential problem spots. Will definitely call them next time I need help with anything electric!

Had a problem with a breaker tripping that was beyond my ability to troubleshoot. Reynolds was able to get an electrician here the same day. Allen quickly found the issue and fixed it. I could not be more pleased. In fact, I'm going to hire Reynolds to replace the rest of the outlets and light switches in my kitchen.Update: Allen did the remaining work I requested. He showed up on time, as promised. He replaced the outlets and switched very efficiently.

I just had a Generac system installed by Reynolds Electric and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a backup home generator to consider Reynolds Electric. When you call Reynolds, you usually speak to one of the Owners and the first visit to determine what system will meet your needs also usually includes an owner. The team was so professional and QUICK to meet on-sight, order equipment, obtain necessary permits and schedule all the required parties for our installation. From our first discussion to completed install was 17 days. A big thanks to Christina, David, Allen and Randy.

We had multiple plugs and light that didn't work by some that did. A whole room that didn't work unless a light in different part of house was on.I sure it was so confusing but after hours her figured all the issues. We would of been happy with 1 room fix but he went above and beyond and everything works now. David did a amazing work.

Reynolds came highly recommended to me from several others and first time using - and I was VERY impressed with the way they run their business (quick responses, pricing, and work completed). They did 3 different items at my house and all were completed to my expectations. Most impressively, when there was a small question/concern I had on one of the projects, they were responsive, understanding, and adjusted the completion of the project to what I had hoped was the finish project. Electrical damage to our home as a result of sever thunderstorm. Allen with Reynolds Electric were the first out to help us access damaged to our home and get our home generator up and running. They returned after power had been safely disconnected and fixed electrical damage. Christina at Reynolds Electric helped us contact a good HVAC company to repair the electrical damage to our a/c. She followed up more than once. I highly recommend this company for any electrical service but especially in an emergency. This company Cared about is like we were family!!!

Adding a second review! Just had my service updated to 200 amp. The gentlemen were here right at 8 a.m. I was expecting all day outage but no! They were done by 12:30!! That also includes adding an outlet outside, two new circuits, a surge protector, and a gfci in the kitchen! Everything labeled correctly on the panel. Very quick! Everything is working great! Their pricing is very fair! Thanks again!

The Reynolds crew were excellent. From Dave's first visit to give us an estimate (which was less than 2 other estimates we were given) to Christine's scheduling and talking me through the process. The rest of the crew were courteous and efficient. The Generac was installed in one day. My husband and I are elderly and have some health issues so having the Generac makes us feel very safe in our home. Dave has also offered a maintenance program for even more peace of mind.
